Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for roofing services. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, materials selected, and unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to you before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Specific warranty terms vary by service and materials used. All warranties will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you.
Scheduling and Cancellations

Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. We maintain proper insurance and follow all safety protocols, but you're responsible for securing pets and removing fragile items from areas where we'll be working.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage discovered during work, or issues caused by factors beyond our control such as extreme weather or structural problems.
